This scale is intended for measuring all types of loads and is placed on a flat concrete surface so that it does not require a special stand. The frame of the scale, as well as other parts of the structure, are made of high-quality sheet steel, so that the structure of the scale is stable even in difficult working conditions. The scale has no moving parts subject to wear, which means that it is completely electronic so that the result of the measurement is read digitally. The base of the scale relies on four load cells that are connected to an electronic display device where the electrical signal that comes through the outer box from the electromechanical measuring transducers with resistance measuring tapes is processed in a microcomputer after amplification and A/D conversion and expressed as the value of the measured mass. The weighing platform is brought to the reference position for measurement with built-in adjustable feet, and the overload protection (central and eccentric) is adjusted according to the electronics manufacturer's instructions. The electronic display device can be placed on the scale pole or wall, i.e. monitoring room, and also has the possibility of connecting to a PC and a weighing card printer for the acquisition of measurement results, for which a special program is supplied.
